What kind of projects are the best fit for Twinscoder?

Can I contact Twinscoder before I know which service I need?

What is the Rapid POC?

The Rapid POC is a bounded 2–7 day engagement that tests one valuable AI or technical workflow with realistic inputs. It produces a working proof, evaluation observations, documented limits and production gaps, and a recommendation to proceed, adjust, pause, or stop.

How does Twinscoder decide between a POC, prototype, and MVP?

The choice follows the uncertainty. A POC tests whether a difficult capability can work. A prototype tests whether users understand and can use the proposed experience. An MVP tests whether a small complete product creates repeated value in real operation.

How is AI quality evaluated?

Evaluation is defined before the build using representative cases and meaningful failure categories. Depending on the workflow, it can include value, output quality, retrieval, permission correctness, safe failure, latency, cost, integration, human review, observability, and the production path.

Do you build only AI products?

Can Twinscoder work with an existing product and codebase?

Yes. The first step is to understand the critical workflow, current architecture, data, dependencies, delivery path, known pressure, and ownership. The responsible route may be a focused repair, staged modernization, integration, reliability work, or a carefully justified replacement.

Who owns the source code and documentation?

The intended delivery model keeps source code, implementation notes, architecture decisions, setup documentation, known limitations, and handoff context with the client team. Specific intellectual-property and commercial terms are confirmed in the engagement agreement.

How are security and data privacy handled?

Security and data handling are scoped around the intended workflow: identity, least access, secrets, data minimization, permissions, provider handling, retention, integrations, logging, and recovery. Regulated or high-impact use cases require their specific obligations and owners to be identified before delivery.

Does Twinscoder publish fixed prices?

No universal public price is claimed because scope, data, AI evaluation, integrations, migration, quality, release responsibility, and support can materially change the engagement. Twinscoder can estimate after the outcome, boundaries, dependencies, and responsibilities are understood.
